3. User Eligibility and Agreement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

7.2 Response Limitations

• False alarms may occur and should be promptly addressed

7.3 Medical Emergencies

Our sensors detect activity patterns but cannot diagnose medical conditions or predict all emergency situations. Users with serious medical conditions should maintain appropriate medical alert systems and care provider relationships.
